Weakness

I think recently God’s been humbling me, in a whole lot of ways and a whole lot of things. But I’ve come to love that weakness and I’m always reminded of 2 Corinthians 12:9.
“My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.
Whenever I look at my own weakness I realise I am thinking a lot about me. As if this is all just about me (well the blog kinda is haha). I am reminded to pray less of me and more of You. So then only God can be glorified in the things I could never do myself.
Or your weakness can be your strength. Wait, how does that work? That’s going to be where you’re going to do the most damage for the Kingdom, that’s where you’re the most dangerous. Strange how you can incapacitate a strong man by making him believe he is weak. Sway the faithful by doubt. Distort the true by lies or half-truths. All the while you’re co-heirs with Christ. With the strength you have, you mean business.
